I'd heard many things about Amsterdam before I got here, so naturally the first thing I did was [REDACTED].

After that, what else could I do but [REDACTED]?  So that's what I did.

I was surprised the [REDACTED] was so [REDACTED].  But that's the way things roll in a foreign land, you know?

I want to come back here someday so I can [REDACTED] again.

I just remember swans swimming peacefully in the canals. That's all I remember.

Why did you redact "admire tulips"?

It's on my wish list. I think in the next year or so the hubs and I will fly, drop off the kids, get back on the plane, fly to Amsterdam, and then do a little redacting of our own.

Domey- I remember that as well. I remember a couple other things, too. I mey even post about them!

Laurel- F*&^ing customs redacted the tulip bulbs I brought back for my wife. They must be pretty dangerous.

Alicia- Go in the spring, it was cold and all the trees were bare, would have been even nicer with some warmer weather and leaves on the trees!

I enjoyed "redacting" as well there! It was good times and I can't wait to go back.

V- I go back in early April, but that's to Rotterdam, I don't think I'll have time to tour Amsterdam again.

I'm going to see if I can bring back tulips this time. Customs confiscated the last batch. The bastards.
