A Follow-up Martini

So you know I recently had the worst two martinis in the world in Miami last Thursday. I got home Friday night, but we were out of olives, so no martinis over the weekend. Today my wife went to Costco, and she called and asked me if she should get me olives. I said sure.

She got me this:

My God, I truly love that woman.

Wow, she is sweet to you! I'm going to Costco tomorrow. Now I want green olives. Mmmm!

Do you like them plain or just in your drink? I like them stuffed with garlic.

I like them in the martini, but I eat them plain as well.

Marzetti's makes a garlic stuffed olive in Napa Valley chardonnay, it's my favorite kind. They aren't good for martinis, but they are great to snack on or garnish a salad.

When I was in graduate school, our official lab drink was a martini made with blue-cheese stuffed olives. The drink isn't that great, but the soaked olives are sublime.

Garlic stuffed olives sounds yummy!

Looks like you'll be okay on the olive end for awhile ;)

I am such a margarita woman...it doesn't matter if I'm eating lasagna or a hamburger, a margarita still hits the spot.

OK then, marghartia questions:

Frozen or rocks?
Salt or no salt?

I like rocks / salt.
