Dude, are you ever gonna post again?

Q: Dude, are you ever gonna post again?
A: Back off. I read the freaking title. Yes.

Q: When?
A: By the time you read this, I will have already posted.

Q: That's deep.
A: That wasn't a question. But yes, you're right. That was very deep. I suppose I inherited some time travel powers from my son.

Q: How can you inherit something from your children?
A: With time travel, anything is possible.

Q: How was your run this weekend?
A: Funny you should ask. The kids got me sick, and I wussed out.

Q: Really?
A: Really. I didn't totally wuss out for no reason. I mean, I Googled it first. And Google's response to "running when you are sick" was that if it is above the neck, go for it, below the neck don't push it. I have a head cold that worked its way into my chest, so I decided running 11 miles was not in my best interest. My wife did complete her run though. She kicks ass.

Q: What about the rest of the week's running schedule?
A: I'm in Chicago on business, and I may wake up and hit the treadmill at the hotel in the morning. That seems like a great idea right now, but at 6am I shall reserve the right to hold a contrary opinion on the matter...

Q: So I guess that's all for now?
A: True dat yo.

Have fun in Chicago! Nice clever post. I enjoyed it. And with all that time travel, you think you could have avoided that nasty cold! Yick...

Sorry you missed your run. :(

I love Chicago! With our name we get treated like the Mayor until they see us! Reservations are easy!

Flying is terrible when you are stuffed up. Don't you just love the take off and landing? Hope you hear well enough to close the deal.

I had a car service pick me up from the airport (I met a colleague there so there wer two of us. the driver got out an immediately said "OK, so which one of you is Richard Daley?"

I had some of the bets deep dish pizza ever last night. I'm here for a quarterly sales meeting, no client visit and no deal to close on this trip, but I have a couple that are coming close. I'm doing everything within my power to best the competition.

I could tell when they started pressurizing the plane. It took a long time for my ears to un-pop.

I did run 3 miles this morning though...Feeling better, but still a little lingering congestion. I should be fine for this weekend.

Dude, I was wondering yesterday if you were ever gonna post again. And there you are. I have such tremendous power.

Keep running! But take it easy.

Word verification: "Fuctate." I leave that to your imagination.

I love the Q & A!

I hope you feel better.

Make sure you TCDB (turn cough deep breathe)....in other words...don't let the fluid settle and sit in your chest...cough it up as much as possible so it doesn't have a chance to grow colonies. :)

Hope you're enjoying our city. The weather isn't too bad right now. It's a really good time to visit.

I'm back home now (got in a little after 11pm last night).

Chicago was great. I had two very productive days of work, and some awesome deep dish pizza. It was a place called Connie's, nice light crust...you could actually get two deep slices down without bursting.

The cough is still there, but dwindling. Ran 5 miles today. I have 10 coming at me on Saturday, wish me luck.

I'll be thinking about you on your 10 mile run whilst I'm sitting on my fanny dyeing eggs.

And many bows to your wife...if I weren't so lazy, she'd be an inspiration.
